Nicole Cornish

Nicole is a Registered Nurse who joined Home Nursing Group in March 2017.

She has a background in community nursing where she has spent over 20 years providing care to the elderly community, with special interest in providing care to people with dementia and their carers, and chronic disease management of the elderly.

Nicole has worked in community care, palliative care and wound management in Brisbane, and in dementia and general community care in Port Macquarie, as well as specialist rooms, and Meals on Wheels.

Nicole has worked within the Port Macquarie, Taree and Coffs Harbour community for many years and has built up a wealth of local knowledge about what issues the Aged Care community face in the region.

Nicole is excited to be part of HNG and in particular the Mid North Coast team, to coordinate the dedicated field staff in delivering exceptional care to clients in their home. She continues to be amazed by the office support team who are highly experienced with helping people to navigate the world of Home Care.
